Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
zone11.ai, demo.deal, mapfix.deal and every preview site at name.demo.deal (together, the "Site") are operated by Zone11, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. What we collect
Business information. Public information about a business, such as its name, address, phone number, hours, photos and reviews from its public Google Business Profile and its existing website. We use it to build a free preview website or a free Google Business Profile audit.
Information you give us. Your name, business name, phone number, email address and anything else you enter in our forms, and the content of your messages when you text, email or call us, or buy a plan.
Visit information. Basic technical information your browser sends (such as IP address and browser type) and which pages you visit. When a preview is opened we record the date and time of the first visit, so the 21-day preview period can start. Scans of the QR codes on our postcards are counted by our CRM provider.
2. How we use it
- To build and show your free preview website or prepare your free audit.
- To answer your questions and provide the plan you buy.
- To keep records of our outreach, including when a postcard was sent and whether a preview or audit page was opened.
- If you opted in, to send you tips and offers for your business.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example web hosting, our CRM and messaging platform, payment processing, and printing and mailing), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
4. Text messages (SMS)
If you check a text-message consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, we use your mobile number to text you about your request: your free website, your free audit, your questions and any plan you buy. If you separately check the marketing box, we may also text you tips and offers for your business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Keeping and removing information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. To have a preview taken down, or to ask what we hold about you or have it deleted, email support@zone11.ai.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page of the Site.
7. Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
