These terms apply to zone11.ai, demo.deal, mapfix.deal and every preview site at name.demo.deal (together, the "Site"), operated by Zone11, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them.
1. Free previews
A preview is a draft website we build for one business, free of charge and without obligation. It stays viewable for 21 days, after which it is taken down unless you choose a plan. Looking at a preview does not commit you to anything.
2. Free Google Business Profile audits
An audit is a free review of a business's public Google Business Profile, with the problems we find and a checklist to fix them. It is free and without obligation. It reflects what we saw on the day we checked and is not a guarantee of rankings or results.
3. Content we use
Previews and audits use the business's own public information, photos and reviews. The business keeps all rights to its name, marks and content. If you are the owner and want a preview removed, email support@zone11.ai and we will take it down.
4. Plans and billing
Our plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract: you can cancel anytime, and your plan ends at the close of the month you have paid for. What each plan includes is shown on zone11.ai and at checkout, and forms part of these terms.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email support@zone11.ai and we will refund that payment.
5. Text messages (SMS)
When you check a text-message consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Zone11, LLC about your request: your free website, your free audit, your questions and any plan you buy. If you also check the marketing box, you agree to receive tips and offers for your business. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Acceptable use
Don't try to disrupt, copy or misuse the Site or its previews.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Site, previews and audits are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of calls or business result. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our services.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
